How to make Super Easy 1.16.x Infinite Villager Breeder (Tutorial)

This is the easiest infinite villager breeder I have seen so far and it is compatible with 1.16. In fact it can be used from version 1.14 and up.

This very simple infinite villager farm requires no redstone and relies on bad behaving baby villagers.

I have included a step by step tutorial on how to build the breeder as well as explaining the breeding process. So this is all you need to know to breed villagers.
